How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, the courier aims to deliver within 1–2 days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. Please check the Delivery Information page for full details on deliveries and refunds.
Can I choose my delivery date?
I’ll always do my best to accommodate special delivery dates for gifts or events — just leave a note at checkout or contact us before placing your order.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
At the moment, delivery is across mainland UK only. Unfortunately, Im unable to send parcels to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or international addresses due to courier restrictions on perishable goods.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery in Leicester?
Sometimes, yes! Depending on availability and order size, I may be able to offer same-day or next-day local delivery. Just get in touch before ordering to check.
Can I collect my order instead of paying for delivery?
Yes! Collection is available from Leicester (LE5 area). Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a message with your collection time and address details.
Do you accept cash or card on collection?
Please call or send a WhatsApp message for cash on collection options.
How should I store my cookies and brownies?
Cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but they’ll stay soft for up to 5 days at room temperature in an airtight container.
Brownies and tray bakes can be kept in the fridge for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 3 months — just defrost fully before eating.
Can I reheat or freeze your products?
Absolutely. Warm your cookies in the oven for a few minutes for that fresh, gooey centre. Most of baked goods can be frozen and still taste amazing once defrosted.

Do your products contain nuts?
Some of the products contain nuts, and all are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. Even if an item doesn’t list nuts as an ingredient, there may still be traces present.
Do you offer gluten-free, egg-free, or vegan options?
Not at the moment, but I’m working on it! Keep an eye on my social pages or subscribe to the newsletter for updates on future ranges.

Do you offer custom platters or mixed boxes?
Yes! Whether you want a mix of your favourite cookies, brownie slices, or a full platter for an event, I can tailor it to you. Get in touch via WhatsApp or email to discuss your order.
Can I order for an event or party?
Of course — I love catering for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events. Please contact us in advance so I can plan your quantities and flavours.
Do you supply wholesale or stockists?
